Our flexible list of options allows you to create a menu that is perfectly suited to your occasion. Standing up and mingling or sitting down and dining, your guests will enjoy themselves no matter what.

We’re excited to hear from you! We’ve worked to be as transparent as possible about pricing to help you research and plan. Please have your venue and date secured before reaching out to get a formal estimate.

CAN WE TRY YOUR FOOD BEFORE BOOKING?

Of course! Tastings are $150 per couple. Should you choose to move forward with us, one tasting will be listed on your invoice.

PRICING

Cocktail Hour ($25pp)

Includes your choice of 4 passed hors d’oeuvres plus our signature farm stand table, including cheese, charcuterie, and a seasonal vegetable platter.

Full Dinner ($45pp)

A seasonal dinner menu that can be enjoyed either buffet-style, family-style, plated, or small plates.

Dessert Bar ($15pp)

A delicious variety of small sweets that make a perfect addition to (or substitute for) a wedding cake. Includes three desserts of your choice plus coffee and tea service.

BEVERAGE PRICING

Basic Bar ($20pp)

includes beer, wine, prosecco, soft drinks, garnishes + ice.

Full Bar ($25pp)

Premium curated liquors, wine, beer, prosecco, specialty mixers for cocktails, soft drinks, garnishes, and ice. Based on 5 hours of consumption.

RENTALS

Pricing on rentals varies widely and is based on venue, the style of wedding, and the menu. As part of our desire to serve you well, we can help coordinate all necessary rentals. Invoicing for rental items will be charged directly to you. 

STAFFING

Get an entire team of professional captains, servers, bartenders, and chefs to help your day run smoothly. Pricing varies based upon on the venue, style of wedding, menu, and season. Average cost per person is $30; weddings outside of Charlotte will incur a higher fee in order to cover travel time.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

Vendor Meals: $30pp

Tax: 8.25%

Service and Administrative Fees: 20% of food costs. This fee covers the cost of the careful planning that goes into making your wedding day perfect, as well as gratuity for our staff.
